Here at Kirill Zhadovich, MD, SC, we are proud to provide COVID-19 viral testing services during this global pandemic. This test will determine if you are currently infected with coronavirus, regardless of whether or not you are presenting symptoms.

If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for coronavirus or have recently traveled to other states or countries, we strongly suggest that you schedule an appointment to be tested and take the precautions advised by the CDC.

It is important to note that a negative result does not mean you will not become sick in the future, as it is possible to have a negative result if you are tested in the early stages of the infection and test positive later in your illness.

Regardless of whether or not you choose to get tested, you should stay home and take the necessary precautions to stop the spread of disease if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

Antibody Testing

We also offer COVID-19 antigen testing in our office. This type of test can help to determine whether you have previously had COVID-19 and now have antibodies to protect against the virus.

It is important to note that this testing does not determine if you currently have COVID-19, but instead provides information about whether you had it in the past and fully recovered.

Why is COVID-19 Antigen Testing important?

As we navigate this evolving virus, antigen testing can be a valuable asset in our understanding and research of COVID-19. Results of accurate antibody testing can help provide a better scope of how many people have been affected by coronavirus, including those who never displayed symptoms. This information aids in contact tracing, research regarding immunity, and strategies to help keep our community healthy.

If you are currently in good health, please contact our office for more information to see if you are a candidate for testing. We appreciate your assistance in helping us navigate COVID-19.
